orbt provides AI-powered news curation and summaries, along with personalization features. orbt does not own third-party content and always attributes original publishers.

• You may not misuse the service (spamming, scraping, hacking).

• If you share content (comments, posts), you grant orbt a license to display it.

4. Intellectual Property

• orbt’s design, software, and features are our property.

• Third-party news content remains the property of original publishers. We provide attribution and links.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Disclaimers

• orbt provides summaries “as-is” and does not guarantee accuracy of third-party content.

• News sources may change or be removed at any time.

• orbt is not liable for decisions made based on news summaries.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, orbt is not responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Content errors or inaccuracies from third-party sources.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using orbt at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Seoul, South Korea
